Still too big!

I like the style. It’s just a tad too big.
I adjusted the inner strap and it still doesn’t fits snugly unlike a hat that I bought from another company. The strap is elastic, after a while it will loose its elasticity.I would return it if there’s a free return.
Unfortunately I have to keep it.
