Self-stick size reducer works with any hat that has an inner band.
The foam is placed under the inner sweatband.
It can be placed in the back, or cut in half and be placed symmetrically to either front and back, or left and right sides of the hat.
Before peeling off the adhesive backing place under the band to test it.
One strip will reduce 1/2 hat size, approximately 1 cm.
