I JUST PLACED MY ORDER, WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

We ship most items in 1-2 business days. Just add the shipping timeframe you selected at checkout to estimate arrival date.
Some items ship from the distribution center. These items ship via FEDEX smart post, delivery time is 5-10 days. This is noted in the item's description.

I NEED MY ITEM RUSHED. CAN I GET IT FASTER?

Yes. You can select expedited shipping at checkout.
If you need the item to ship the same day, please notify us of your special request at andrea@setartrading.com or 888.412.2183. Order must be placed by 12.30PM PST. Please keep in mind that once your item is in a carrier's possession, we no longer have control over the speed of the delivery.
On international orders, please allow time for customs clearance.

CAN I ADD A GIFT NOTE?

Yes. Write your instructions and note in the special instruction box on the cart page before you checkout.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

Yes. You can request a return shipping label in our returns center, via phone or email. The cost of $10 will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping to UK and EU Zone is temporarily halted. Should you have any question, please contact us.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes. We ship orders over $85 free of charge within contiguous USA. Use code: FREEOVER85
At this time we do not offer free international shipping.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

You can request to exchange your item in our automated returns/exchanges center, or send the request via email, phone or a note with the returned hat.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING AGAIN WHEN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

No, We will ship the replacement item free of charge to US destinations.
On international orders, unfortunately a new shipping fee will be required.

Our collections include hats made all around the world. Handmade hats from USA, Mexico, Madagascar, Peru, Greece, France. Manufactured hats are imported from China, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, India, and other countries.

DO YOU HAVE A PRINTED CATALOG?

No. At this time we do not have printed catalogs to mail.
