Founded in October 2014, SetarTrading Hats is a family-owned online hat retailer based in Southern California, specializing in sun-protective hats, hard-to-find hat sizes, and practical hats for travel, outdoor activities, and everyday life.

Why We Started SetarTrading Hats
SetarTrading Hats began with a personal mission—one shaped by years in the bright Southern California sun and by loved ones whose lives were touched by skin cancer.
Our family's search for well-made, sun-protective hats introduced us to something we hadn't expected: finding the right hat can be surprisingly difficult.
Some people love hats and feel instantly put together when they wear one. Others are wearing a hat because their dermatologist—or someone who loves them—insisted they should. And plenty of people want to wear hats but struggle to find one that fits comfortably, provides the protection they need, or works for their lifestyle.
We believed we could make that search easier.
Today, we carefully curate hats from established hat brands with an emphasis on fit, sun protection, comfort, useful features, quality, and value.
A hat isn't just an accessory. Sometimes it's shade. Sometimes it's confidence. Sometimes it's the one thing that makes spending the day outdoors more comfortable.
And sometimes, you just want a really great hat.

We Take Hat Fit Seriously
"One size fits most" doesn't fit everyone.
That's why we've made hard-to-find hat sizes one of our specialties. Our selection includes women's petite hats for smaller heads, women's large and XL hats, men's small hats, and men's big and tall sizes—with selected styles ranging from XXS through 3XL.

We don't manufacture our own hats. Instead, we select styles from established hat makers and brands, looking for products that offer a useful combination of quality, comfort, protection, fit, function, style, and value.
That also allows us to offer a much broader range of solutions—from classic fedoras and sun visors to petite sun hats, XXL outdoor hats, cooling hats, packable travel hats, and specialized designs you may not find in a typical store.

We founded SetarTrading Hats in October 2014 with a simple goal: offer a diverse selection of quality hats at reasonable prices and help customers find hats that actually work for them.
