Worldwide delivery delays experienced by all shipping carriers, USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL. They have suspended all delivery schedule guarantees. Though their services still show the number of days for estimated delivery, it is no longer guaranteed, and could take much longer.
These delivery delays impact our business greatly as we are dependent on their timely service. We continue to package and deliver you orders to the carriers within one business day. From that point, we have no influence on when the packages are delivered.
WE CAN NO LONGER ISSUE REFUNDS DUE TO LATE DELIVERIES. LOST PACKAGES WILL BE REIMBURSED DIRECTLY FROM SHIPPING INSURERS (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL, SHIPSURANCE).

Delay Notifications from USPS, UPS, FEDEX
Our shipping rates are obtained directly from USPS, UPS and FedEx, and are based on the required box size and weight.
We use the dimensions of our items to calculate the number of items that we can package into a shipping box. Most often your second item, sometimes additional items will fit into the same box, and will ship at no additional cost or minimal additional cost. If you add an item to your cart, and find that your shipping cost considerably increased, it is usually the result of the additional item requiring a larger shipping box.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Due to the service interruptions experienced by the carries, deliveries can take much longer. Some packages arrive as usual, some take weeks to reach their destinations. Postal service employees are not required to scan packages at our main post office thus tracking might show "pre-shipment" status even when the package is in their possession. UPS tracking has been functional.
