Satisfaction Guaranteed: 45-day Refund or Exchange
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 45 days of the delivery date. Items returned outside of the 45-day return window will NOT be accepted for returns or exchanges.
- Returns requests can be submitted online. The original shipping cost is not refundable.
- If you purchased a $2.98 Unlimited returns/exchanges protection, your return shipping is free, you can return for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- If you did not purchase the return/exchange protection, you can request a flat rate ($7.50) return label, or return the product with your preferred carrier.
- Prepaid shipping label is not available for international returns. Customer pays return shipping.
- Items must be returned to us in their original, new condition with tags. Worn, stained, damaged, or otherwise altered items will not be accepted for returns/exchanges. Removed tags qualify as being worn.
- Return the item in the same or similar packaging. Items forced into small boxes or bags are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for returns. Refund will not be issued, and the item will be donated to charity.
- If we shipped you the wrong item or wrong quantity, please let us know immediately.
- If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided or a refused package, the actual inbound and outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
To start all other returns, log in to your account on the main menu bar. Enter the email address you provided. A code will be emailed to you to log in, look up your orders, and start the return.
