- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 45 days of the delivery date. Items returned outside of the 45-day return window will NOT be accepted for returns.
- Prepaid shipping label is not available for international returns. Customer pays return shipping.
- Items must be returned to us in their original, new condition with tags. Worn, stained, damaged, or otherwise altered items will not be accepted for returns/exchanges. Removed tags qualify as being worn.
- Return the item in the same or similar packaging. Items forced into small boxes or bags are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for returns. Refund will not be issued, and the item will be donated to charity.
- If we shipped you the wrong item or wrong quantity, please let us know immediately.
- If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided or a refused package, the actual inbound and outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
