Satisfaction Guaranteed: 45-days Refund or Exchange
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 45 days of the delivery date. Items returned outside of the 45-day return window will NOT be accepted for returns.
- Returns request can be submitted online. A flat rate ($7.50) return shipping label will be emailed upon your request. This fee will be deducted from the refund. You can also return the item with your preferred carrier. The original shipping cost is not refundable.
- Prepaid shipping label is not available for international returns. Return shipping is paid by customer.
- Items must be returned to us in their original, new condition with tags. Worn, stained, damaged or otherwise altered items will not be accepted for returns/exchanges. Removed tags qualify as being worn.
- Return the item in the same or similar packaging. Items forced into small boxes or bags are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for returns. Refund will not be issued, and the item will be donated to charity.
- If we shipped you the wrong item or wrong quantity, please let us know immediately.
- If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address provided or refused package, the actual inbound and outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
To start your return, click ORDERS & RETURNS in the main menu bar. Enter the email address you provided on your order. A code will be emailed to you to log in.
