SetarTrading Hats offers a curated selection of women’s and men’s hats for retailers looking for quality, style, sun protection, specialty sizing, and practical features.

Our wholesale program is designed for qualified retailers, boutiques, gift shops, resort shops, outdoor retailers, garden centers, golf shops, and other businesses interested in offering our hats to their customers.

Wholesale Order Minimums

Opening Order Minimum: $300

A minimum merchandise purchase of $300 is required for your first wholesale order.

Reorder Minimum: $150

After your opening order, a minimum merchandise purchase of $150 is required for subsequent wholesale orders.

Order minimums are calculated before shipping, taxes, and other applicable charges.

Wholesale Pricing

Approved wholesale customers receive access to wholesale pricing on eligible SetarTrading Hats merchandise.

Not every product, brand, color, or style available on SetarTrading.com may be eligible for wholesale purchase. Product availability and wholesale pricing are subject to change.

Wholesale merchandise is intended for resale by the approved wholesale customer and may not be purchased for personal use.

Retail Pricing

We encourage our wholesale partners to maintain retail pricing consistent with the suggested retail prices provided by SetarTrading Hats when applicable.

Products may not be advertised or sold in a manner that damages the SetarTrading Hats brand or the brands we represent.

Where Products May Be Sold

Wholesale accounts are approved for the business and sales channels identified in the wholesale application.

Products may not be resold on third-party marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, Temu, or similar marketplaces, without prior written approval from SetarTrading Hats.

Wholesale account approval does not automatically authorize marketplace sales.

Payment

Payment is due at the time the order is shipped unless other payment terms have been approved in writing.

Orders will not be shipped until required payment has been received.

Established wholesale customers may request alternative payment terms. Approval is at the discretion of SetarTrading Hats.

Shipping

Wholesale customers are responsible for shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges will be calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method of the order.

Orders are shipped from Rancho Cucamonga, California using the carrier and service selected or approved for the order.

Please inspect your shipment promptly upon delivery.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

If your order arrives with damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, please contact SetarTrading Hats promptly after delivery.

Claims should include:

Your order number
The affected item(s)
A description of the problem
Photographs showing damage or defects when applicable

If we determine that merchandise was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, credit, or refund.

Please do not return merchandise without authorization from SetarTrading Hats.

Wholesale Returns

Wholesale orders are final sale.

We do not accept wholesale returns or exchanges for unsold inventory, customer preference, sizing issues, over-ordering, seasonal merchandise, or other merchandise that is no longer wanted.

Returns are accepted only with prior authorization from SetarTrading Hats when merchandise is damaged, defective, or was shipped incorrectly.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and will not be eligible for credit or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please contact us as quickly as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may be unable to change or cancel it.

Product Availability

Wholesale orders are subject to inventory availability.

Because many of our products are also sold through our retail website, availability may change. If an item becomes unavailable before your order is fulfilled, we will contact you regarding substitutions, backorders, credits, or refunds as appropriate.

Account Approval

Wholesale accounts are available to qualified businesses purchasing merchandise for resale.

We may request business information including:

Business name and contact information
Website and/or retail store information
Resale certificate or seller's permit
EIN or other business identification
Sales channels where SetarTrading Hats merchandise will be offered

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

SetarTrading Hats reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or close wholesale accounts at its discretion.

California Resale Certificates

California wholesale customers purchasing merchandise for resale must provide a valid California resale certificate before qualifying purchases can be treated as exempt from California sales tax.

Customers are responsible for providing and maintaining appropriate resale documentation and for complying with applicable state and local tax requirements.
