Excellent Selection of Petite Hats

This is my second order from Setar Trading because I was so happy with the previous hats I ordered. I have a small head size and cannot buy hats from stores so I was elated to find so many fashionable and practical styles of hats in petite size. Brim will blow upwards in the wind

I really like this hat because of the chin strap holding it in place when windy. BUT the brim will not stay down and if facing the wind, it will blow upwards which is very annoying.
