KEEP YOUR WALLAROO HATS LIKE NEW WITH EASY MAINTENANCE

Three steps to take care of your Wallaroo hat

REMOVING SPOTS AND STAINS

Wallaroo hats made from revolutionary Flexi-Weave fabric, cotton, polyester or poly-straw can be handwashed. Submerge in cold water, use mild soap, rinse and air dry.

Wallaroo hats made from paper braid can be spot cleaned with a moist cloth or sponge. Use mild detergent if necessary, or spot remover wipes. Remove soap, dry with a hair dryer.

PACKING AND STORING

Taco fold safari and fedora hats: fold brim up and gently squeeze the crown.

Pack flat cotton and polyester up brim and hiking hats.

Stuff crown: you can pack all Wallaroo hats this way. Roll up t-shirts or use small soft items to stuff the crown. Place the hat on the bottom of the suitcase and pack around it.

Roll up round crown hats: fold hat in half then roll from one side. Sun visors can also be rolled into a cone. Visors come with an elastic loop to secure in place.

RESHAPING

When you need to reshape the hat or release wrinkles, use a steamer or a steam iron.

Place a towel inside the crown to protect your hand and arm. Use the hot steam to soften the fabric, then shape it by hand.

Repeat this step as many times as necessary.
