Hat Received Different from the Hat Ordered

I wanted this hat with the navy blue ribbon. What I got was a different hat with a black ribbon. Don’t know if this was a substitution or a warehouse shipping error. I was not notified they were sending a different hat. The hat I received is nice, well made and fits comfortably for my petite head. I like it but… Wasn’t worth the hassle of returning.

Sunny Dayz

Love the hat. It doesn’t flop all over because it is proportioned right for a smaller head. For those with a tiny head it even has a small velcro area in the back to adjust it just a bit more. And the navy trim is a true navy.
