Happy hat

Well made, and fits well. I have a smaller head, and the one size fits all never works for me. I also have very pale skin, and need to protect myself when outside. Was so thrilled to find this particular hat. As a Master Gardener, I sit at Farmers Markets, Fairs, etc. to answer questions.
