Patchwork Wool Newsboy Cap - Epoch Hats

I have nothing but praise for Andrea and Setar Trading. I bought two hats from them, about an hour apart, after receiving an email stating that the first hat was preparing to ship already. I called the business number and spoke with Andrea, who then advised me that she would ship them together, saving me a shipping fee. They arrived in 3 or 4 days, and I must say that the quality of these hats was so much higher than I expected, what with the amazingly low pricing. Alas, one hat was too small (not unusual when ordering sizes online). Andrea assured me that an exchange was no problem, and I had the replacement within the week. She was a delight to speak with, professional to the core, and bent over backwards to make sure that my experience was a good one, Setar Trading has a fan forever.
