Not a great return policy

The product was lovely but I would not deal with this company again. With a $6 shipping fee and $8 return shipping fee, I have lost exactly half of the cost of the product purchased - $27. Not a way to make sure customers are happy with their product. Companies I deal with have free returns if customers are not completely satisfied with the product. Thank-you.
I recommend the product but make sure you are going to be totally happy with it.
