Velcro® (hook-and-loop) closure is one of the most practical and comfortable fastening systems for sun visors. It uses two simple components: one side features tiny hooks, the other has soft loops. When pressed together, the hooks grip the loops to create a secure closure that stays put during movement.

That adjustability is exactly why Velcro® is ideal for sun visor hats. It allows the band to wrap comfortably around the wearer’s head and makes it easy to fine-tune the fit throughout the day.
