My perfect hat!

I loved my first Sun and Sand Fedora hat! I lost it while boating and I ordered what seemed to be the exact same one. Problem is that the hat I received is not exactly as shown. The rim is not as rounded, more flat. Is there a way for me to round it? Can I steam it? Also, the pinch in front is not as firm as my first Sun and Sand Fedora. The hat is also bigger. There is an elastic inside the rim, so I could probably use it to make it smaller.
