Self-stick size reducer works with any hat that has an inner band.

The foam is placed under the inner sweatband.

It can be placed in the back, or cut in half and be placed symmetrically to either front and back, or left and right sides of the hat.

Before peeling off the adhesive backing place under the band to test it.

One strip will reduce 1/2 hat size, approximately 1 cm.

Exactly what I needed but way overpriced

It's exactly what I needed but I could have gone somewhere and gotten the same amount for free. This item is extremely overpriced!

Great, easy to use product

Not all types of hats fit the same, this helps those hats that show gaps fit snug. You can’t even tell that it is there. Love this product!
