Self-adhesive foam sizers are placed under the inner sweatband.
It can be placed in the back if only a small adjustment is needed, or symmetrically to either front and back, or left and right sides of the hat.
Before peeling off the adhesive backing place under the band to test it.
One strip will reduce 1/2 hat size, approximately 1 cm.
