Satisfaction Guaranteed: 45-days Refund or Exchange

-If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 45 days of the delivery date.

-Returns request can be submitted in our returns center. You can print a flat rate ($7.50) return shipping label or return the item with your preferred carrier. 

-Prepaid shipping label is not available for International returns. Return shipping is paid by customer. 

-Please, note our Satisfaction and Money Back Guarantee applies to items that are returned to us in their original, new condition, if possible, in the same or similar packaging. Worn items, items with removed tags, items forced into small boxes or bags are not eligible.

-Refund will be issued within 2 business days of receiving your return. We will notify you when your refund is issued.

-Exchange item will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving the return.

-If we shipped you the wrong item or wrong quantity, please let us know immediately.

-If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address provided or refused package, the actual inbound and outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

 -We promise we will keep you informed during the process, reply to your emails, and answer your calls.
