Shipping Delay Notification

As a small business, we deeply appreciate your support, especially during these difficult times.

As the shipping carriers, USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL have suspended all delivery service guarantees due to the pandemic, we are forced to make changes in our policies and guarantees, as we are dependent on their promises to deliver on time.  

WE CAN NO LONGER ISSUE REFUNDS DUE TO LATE DELIVERIES. LOST PACKAGES WILL BE REIMBURSED DIRECTLY FROM SHIPPING INSURERS (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL, SHIPSURANCE).

The current delivery delays have affected our business greatly. We apologize for the inconvenience these changes will cause and hope we can soon resume our regular shipping terms. In the meantime, what we can control we will continue to do quickly and package your orders within one business day.

Notice from USPS.com:

The US Postal Service is experiencing operational impacts in the United States as a result of the Covid19 pandemic. Customers may see delivery delays on First Class, as well as Priority Mail services.

International shipments guarantee on Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express destined worldwide are suspended by USPS due to widespread airline cancellations and restrictions due to Covid19. First Class packages are not guaranteed nor insured. 

Our local Rancho Cucamonga post office informed us on August 11, that they no longer have time to scan packages before they forward them to the next location. This means tracking will show pre-shipment status even when the package is in their possession.

Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, we [UPS] have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee (also referred to as the UPS Money Back Guarantee) for all shipment from any origin to any destination.   

Notice from FEDEX.com:

We [FEDEX] will continue to operate under shelter in place orders issued in the U.S. These restrictions are disrupting the global supply chain. Air cargo capacity is limited, and we've had to make adjustment so that our international networks can best deliver much-needed goods and services beginning April 6th.

FEDEX Ground service delays in U.S. Due to a significant serge in volume and other impacts of COVID-19, FEDEX Ground is currently experiencing in delays in various parts of the U.S. We are committed to providing service to the best of our ability and offer our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused by these delays.

The impact of COVID-19 is causing local, state, and national government around the world to issue work and travel restriction on a daily basis, which is impacting our ability to meet our high standards of serve. As a result, we have made the decision to suspend our money-back guarantee for all FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight and FedEx Office services effective immediately until further notice.
